The Tri-Cities Baker’s Market Recap – June 4

Oliver's Bake Shop

I had some time to check out the second installment of the Tri-Cities Baker’s Market last Saturday… saw some familiar faces and made a few new friends.

To see the full photo gallery, visit my Facebook page.

Oliver’s Bake Shop does cupcakes and fondant cakes for weddings, as well as a variety of baked goods like cinnamon buns, brioche, cookies, and other desserts.

Mr. Sprinkles can do wedding cupcakes for $1.50 each if you order more than 50. Prices will vary depending on complexity of design. She also has adorable cake pops for wedding favors, which she can customize to suit your wedding theme.

How Sweet It Is does cupcakes ($1.50 each and up) and cookies ($2.00 each and up). Leanne has a blog, so you can check out what’s been coming out of her oven recently :)

Sweet Temptations Cakes and Pastries also does cupcakes and cakes for weddings. For all you Filipinos out there, they also make purple yam (ube) cake, cassava cake, and ensaymada!

Queen Bee Patisserie had samples of little pecan tarts (yum!) and biscotti, great for wedding favors.

The market will be back twice in July, on the 9th and the 23rd. Parking and admission will still be free and of course, more vendors and more samples… including VEGAN cupcakes by Heather and Hunny! Keep an eye out for them in July! See you then :)
