Etsy Find: Wrap-around Address Labels by ImbueYouIDo

Monogram Paisley Indian Label

Since this is my first Etsy Find post, I’d like to explain, first of all, what Etsy is.  Etsy is an online shop like no other.  It is a community of people who sell their own handmade items, from clothing to jewelry to home decor, and the list goes on.  Custom work can usually be requested depending on the item you’re interested in, which is always nice.  Each seller also has a feedback page that you can view, in case you’re wary of buying from someone you’ve never heard of, much like Ebay’s system.  Since I like to support small businesses, I’m a big fan of this community and have found lots of neat items that I’d like to share with you.  More often than not you can save some money going this route, I have.

Without further ado, I’d like to share my first Etsy find, wrap-around address labels from the ImbueYouIDo Etsy shop.

This caught my eye pretty quickly, as I’ve never seen envelope labels like this before.  I thought it was a good way to dress up invitation envelopes, which can normally be quite plain.  ImbueYouIDo can customize labels to match your wedding colours, fonts and can even include your logo or monogram, as long as editing isn’t required and that they have your font available.  They charge between $0.60 to $0.95 USD for each label.  Keep in mind that it costs extra if you want them to print each guest’s name and address on the labels.  Packages are sent via USPS or USPS International Priority and takes about 6-10 days to arrive.  It costs a flat rate $14 to ship 50 or 100 labels through Priority mail.  The $1 shipping noted on the site is for a sample only.  I wouldn’t advise ordering too late because proofs take about 2-3 days to be sent for approval, plus it will take some time for you to approve them and for them to ship to you.  Rush services are available but I would contact the seller first to see if they’ll be able to complete your order on time and how much the rush fee will be.

Don’t be discouraged by the lack of feedback on their site, I doublechecked and they are the same as the KembaCelebrations Etsy shop.  They are in the middle of a name change and you can see they have a 100% rating from that store.  I only post items from stores that have a near perfect or perfect feedback score.

Hope you enjoyed this post!  Let me know what you think.  Feel free to leave a comment :)

This may be what I am looking for but was wondering if you knew of someone locally that might do what I need. We are having a casino theme at out reception and wanted to have a playing card at each place setting with our names. date of wedding ect. for a keepsake. I saw this at a wedding show but when I wrote the company to ask them costs ect.. I have never heard back. I did tell them we were having a small wedding of under 50 so thought maybe that discouraged them.

Hi Shannon… so the cards are favors? Beau-Coup.com sells personalized decks of cards for favors… check here: http://www.beau-coup.com/themed-personalized-playing-cards.htm – they aren’t local but they are a reputable online company, I ordered some stuff from there for my wedding. I’ll keep an eye out for anyone local and if I find something, I’ll send you a note :) Thanks for reading!
