Special Promos: Marriott Pinnacle & Renaissance Hotel Packages

You might remember reading about two of my featured budget-friendly venues: the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Hotel & the Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel… well, Catering Manager Koreena Singh wanted to share with you some fantastic promos that they’re having throughout the summer!

Book your 2012/2013 wedding with the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle or the Renaissance and if you meet certain food & beverage minimum spends, you can enjoy some extra perks, and believe me it will be hard to choose! Here’s what’s up for grabs…

Complimentary sparkling wine for toast (1 glass per person)
Custom Soirette French Macaron Tower for Reception (3 flavours)
Mani/Pedi for 4 at Poised Nail Lounge and Spa
Wedding brunch for 8 in Show Case/p2B
Stagette Package (1-night stay in a deluxe room for 4 guests, sparkling wine, cheese, & amazing bridal amenity basket, perfect for a night out!)

The deal… spend $5,000.00 minimum on food & beverage and pick 1 of the above, spend $10,000 and pick 2 items, or spend $15,000 and you get to enjoy 3 of those special perks!

They’ve also come up with special package rates for a cocktail reception and a 3-course elegant plated dinner at either the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle or the Renaissance. Here are the packages available:

$66 per person for cocktail reception & 3-course elegant plated dinner
$74 per person for the above + dinner wine
$84 per person for the above + dinner wine + decor package
$90 per person for the above + dinner wine + decor package + late night snack

All promos require a minimum of 50 people.
Menus may be altered or customized; however, it may result in additional charges.

Koreena has sample menus ready for either hotel so if you’re curious, be sure to contact her and inquire. I’ve seen these menus and think they are fantastic! The late night snack option allows you to serve 1 type of snack to your guests and they have lots to choose from, you’ll get hungry just thinking about it. Packages with dinner wine include 2 bottles of wine to be served per table of 10. The decor package mentioned above includes chair covers, sashes, linens, printed menus and torchiere candles… they take care of the necessities for you!
